I used to use RealPage OneSite when I worked in facility maintenance. As recently as 2018, it was an old clunky webapp that only worked in Internet Explorer. At the time, I was like, why has no one disrupted them yet? but I later realized building boring, complex software like this is hard, and convincing an org with hundreds of satellite offices to switch is even harder. |
