The line between scam and criminal negligence is one of intent, but that line gets blurred based on the presumed understanding of the risk being taken. I am curious who "they" are however, and why it even matters. Hopefully they all are punished accordingly, and every misappropriation of crypto investments, from $1 to $1T, is called out. |
