Probably, and I certainly hope so. I've been concerned about TSMC in particular for some time. "Anyone" with a lot of money can build a new fab that is a few generations behind, but there are very few fabs that can deliver on the cutting edge of chip process. Plus TSMC is relatively friendly to very small experimental projects from startups (or used to be, anyway).
