"Typical" speeds & "typical" latency. Still allowed to bundle services, a.k.a. obfuscate prices. Although a cursory scan, I did not see it specify throttled speeds on certain unlimited data plans; search found no results for 'throttled' and nowhere to list it on the label. >we decline to adopt new rules, practices, or
