Top tier engineers who get things done are always, always welcome at any tech firm. Assuming they have enough recognition of course.

See the Twitter Android engineer / accessibility team guy who got fired publicly on Twitter last week, instantly got a bunch of job offers.

Don’t be naive. Facebook is still hiring (not publicly like before), top positions, though.
