From my basic research into saturated fats, they are only really a problem if you are high in cholesterol and need to lower it. I've checked my cholesterol levels and they are low, despite me being a fan of butter and red meat. If they ever became a problem I would cut out the saturated fats, but there seems to be little point in doing that preemptively. |
