I went from sleeping 4h a day, eating junk food and living a pretty much sedentary lifestyle, to sleeping 8h minimum, counting my macros and calories daily, and exercising 6 days a week. During the summer I read "Why We Sleep" and thought "damn... maybe I should change my lifestyle". So I went 0 to 100 in no time. It's been almost 5 months of consistency and I've never felt better and now I can't see myself going back to the way I was. |
