> Why go for a user and not Microsoft themselves? 1) the user likely doesn’t have the legal resources of Microsoft. 2) the user is the one committing the infringement. If Microsoft stood behind this they could offer to indemnify users against lawsuits relating to CoPilot usage, but they don’t. |
