Yes, absolutely. I like his candor, and honestly I get fairly demoralized when I have to work alongside underperforming peers. Nobody likes to talk about the form of workplace toxicity that manifests in the form of lazy coworkers who ride off your successes, pigeonholing you into being the team workhorse. If Elon is getting rid of those people, more power to him. |
