It doesn't seem to have chat which from what I've heard is one of (if not the) most valuable part of Bloomberg Terminal. From a quick read of the landing page linked, it seems to just be an analysis platform, not the full fledged platform that Bloomberg is.

It’s true that the chat function is the most important part, especially because of who are in your chat list, but I don’t think this is important to retail investors. Most of the data you can get from bbg are stuffs that they bought from other sources, you can maybe get only things that relevant to your analysis and it might be cheaper.
