Considering your situation it sounds like you can do what you want. Having a new job lined up before quitting is more of a concern for people living paycheck to paycheck. Spend that time with your family. Not many have this luxury. Your current employer's way of doing business is to use you until there's nothing left to use and then move on to the next young mindbody. |
