I’m 5-5 and medium build so I really don’t notice the difference between main and comfort+ for the most part - I often get free upgrades. But, I can imagine how much of a miserable experience it must be for someone taller or bigger in main when the seat is reclined. Being tall in this case is a “physical problem”. And many companies that pay for or reimburse for business travel won’t reimburse for anything other than main - including the “frugal FAANG”. |
