State-sponsored (mandated) madcap insanity. This is super interesting. I had no idea. Thanks for the submission, submitter, & the write up, writer. The part about it being illegal to gather geographic data without a very rare license is wild. It feels like a rejection of the Enlightenment universe, a rejection of understandability. No one is allowed to know, by law, what things are. Observation is outlawed. |
