No, it's a clickbait headline. That said, not many people dig in the preferences, especially the sick joke that is "System Settings", on top of which most people think "Accessibility" = "Disabled" which is just wrong, there is a ton of good stuff under "Accessibility" on the phone and computer. Also I don't remember it being mentioned in the Keynote, but it's been a minute.
Probably deserves a mention/article but "hidden" is a stretch.
Oh, I wasn't accusing the submitter of being clickbaity, but rather the author of the article (unless that is you). Also I don't love it but I understand the "hustle" of tech sites like Lifehacker and don't begrudge them too much for using something like "hidden". I think HN submission rules are the match the title of the article so I never was asking for the HN submitter to change it, it's not their "fault" if "fault" even has to be laid anywhere.
