Hopefully the home inspector is noticing these things.Clearly permits weren't pulled for many of these things since they wouldn't pass code. But yes I agree, often flippers are taking every short cut they can to make something look nice to unsuspecting buyers but it will all fall apart in 5 years. Cheap vinyl windows is the biggest violators I've seen. Even in nice homes going for $1m. |
