I'm in that camp, kinda. We're looking for a small "vacation place". The area we wanted to buy in saw ~40% increase in the first half of this year. We hope it goes back down the same amount (but have no idea!) In my case, I think it is increased AirBnB demand. Don't know if that will start to ebb. |
