I think that's not the point of the article. I think he was trying say that if you run into criminals it'll be more cost effective to deal with them locally than overseas. Frauds and scams exists everywhere, but I guess it's easier to fend them off locally than overseas. So there seems to be bit of a merit to the article's stance. |
