According to [1] there are crash test dummies used to represent newborn, 12-month, 3-year-old, 6-year-old and 10-year-old children. They also have a 5th-percentile adult female dummy, which is closer in height and weight to the 10-year-old dummy than to the 50th-percentile-male dummy.
