I have my own company with 10 employees and only recently started out learning about business development. I recently took a coach for sales and she could provide valuable info. now I figured that it would be better to hire someone who does that for me. that being said, I believe that you shouldn't wait until you learned skills X and y until you open your own company. you'll never start if you always think that you have learn more before you start |
