Yep! But we have continuously been iterating. Same idea, different approach, and now specifically wanting to hear from startups. Would love to hear you feedback. Question: Are startups actually having challenges with hiring given the current economic state, hiring freezes for big companies, and numerous layoffs of talented people? |

In general it doesn't seem like it. If anything it should be easier, if the concept of the labor market they teach you in macro econ 101 is anything to go off of.

Your idea seems to be dealing as a market maker for two sides. There is no product here for me to check out and critique, let alone tech demo. Not even a hot-take laden blog, the likes of which HN loves. It's a static page filled with buzzword-speak, glorified modern SVG clipart, and a link to a Typeform.
If you are trying to determine whether your business idea is feasible and want input on that then you can post an Ask HN.
