But by that logic, targeting Rolls-Royce/Bentley/Aston Martin drivers (or, more specifically, owners, given they are likely to have chaffeurs), as well as house owners in Calabasas (SoCal) and Los Altos Hills (Bay Area) would work just as well. |

Jets tend to congregate conveniently at a small number of public locations. Their per capita emissions are egregious; their missions are frivolous. Perfect target.
