It genuinely depends on the person. In some places, WFH policy difference can alone amount to 10K difference not spent on childcare or traveling. You might be right on average, but I would assume most people do basic internal calculus of whether the move is worth it. For me, knowing Musk's reputation for demanding workaholic mentality.. %20 might not be enough and that is before WFH issues. |
