For me, the difference between youtube and nature.com is quiet low. Nature.com declares a "breaktrough" every other day.

Just an example, the wise way is to read scientific research and reviews showing both sides and form a grounded opinion.

The fact is that the owner of this particular chanel is MD and the channel format is host talking while citations from relevant scientific research papers are highlighted on screen. Better then Nature..
