Some sites like Capterra or TrustRadius will occasionally have pricing data about various products. If you go through a third party vendor or MSP, they may also be able to give you more realistic pricing data based on existing customers. But honestly, picking up a phone and calling is good practice anyway. If you can't get an honest ballpark estimate within 5 minutes that's not a company you want to work with anyway. |
