Nice to see apple's signature move of making overpriced, style-over-substance junk for hipsters has not changed at all. Inexcusable that this performs as bad as a MasterLock that is easily less than half the price.

I imagine people are going to canvas for homes with these now because it will be a telltale sign that they have other Apple products worth stealing and that the household is not security literate. Maybe thieves will even steal your door lock too, to boot.

First blame the company who makes it for having made crap. Then you can blame the company who sells it for selling crap.
