Putin aside the dubious claims of everyone involved just wanting a multipolar world: from a technical point of view isn't a "decentralised and open Twitter" mostly a solved problem? With the kind means the new owners have access to, how long could it take for it to become a polished and heavily moderated Mastodon instance if they really wanted to? |
