The Author missed the point of merino wool and moisture. Wool keeps you warm even when wet, polyester does not. Personally I find the anti odor properties of all wools to be their biggest draw, and polys greatest issue. b'But for base layers specifically, when you get sweaty in the winter in polyester you risk the sweat then freeze feedback loop. |
