I don't know if we claim to use SAFe were I work, but this sounds very similar to my experience. It frustrates me to no end, but as a contractor I don't get a say and the full time employees seem to be okay with the status quo. I am constantly amazed that any working software comes out of such a process, but against all odds it does. |
