Overall, I agree with the spirit of the post, but there is a benefit to let others fail and report results to you. If you manage to distill wisdom from their failures, you may be able to avoid those yourself and save yourself the trouble that could result. The trick, naturally, is spotting bad advice and unreliable advice giver. |
