Fun fact: it doesn't even need to happen once for a company to be guilty of gross negligence when there's a public paper trail that shows they knew about the problem, then went ahead with selling products with that problem. But: it's happened more than once now, which is the exact bar required to clear to count as evidence of a pattern of real world damages in court. |
