I don't think Airbyte requires a data warehouse either. Both managed and self-hosted Airbyte are standalone platforms. A source or destination can be a data warehouse, but it can directly sync data from HubSpot to Google Sheet or elsewhere without any DWH in the middle.
I think a major difference is that MovingLake seems to be managed-only with no self-hosted version currently.
Other differences I'm seeing is in the number of connectors and quality of documentation.
