I don't agree with PayPal's decision here but I'm failing to see how it's as broad as people seem to be making it. The TOS specifically say that you may not use PayPal for promotion of hate etc. So you might not be able to buy a Nazi flag via PayPal but there's nothing there, for example, to stop you posting an image of a Nazi flag on Twitter. |
