Anyone interested in me helping your team with scrum for free?

I'm curious to see if any company would want someone from outside their team to help run scrum ceremonies.

I'm a PM and developer but the best part of my job is running scrum meetings, especially the retrospective. I think I could add a ton of value to any team trying to do agile development just by running a couple of meetings for you each week.

Who wants to try this? I would do it for free the first few times.

It’s a trap!
Lol
I hate scrum, too many meaningless meeting like daily meeting, planning meeting, demo show meeting, retrospective meeting
What development process do you use?
We don't use any specific process, but like the people who use scrum our goal are still to make our development more smooth and efficient, the leader assign tasks through Trello, after we get our tasks we will evaluate it by ourselves, it we have any problems with this task then we will have to discuss with the PO or our leader, if there is none then we start to work on it. after we finished it we will move it to Done status the QA will test it if they got time, after QA finished the testing the PO will check it aging, if noting wrong then it will go production. I have used scrum once, I don't know if it is the scrum's problem or it's the one who use it, just don't give me a good impression.
I can relate to that. I've used scrum at several companies but only two have done it the "correct" way. All the other companies made an attempt but I found that doing scrum halfway can be worse than not doing it at all. We were getting all the overhead of the process without the benefits.

Question about the general process you described, how did that work for you? Did you have any issues or complaints? Did your team have any trouble hitting deadlines?
