China’s R&D spending almost matches the United States. So, as far as the rest of the world is concerned, it’s almost as if the R&D spending has doubled. Isn’t that a good thing? China competitive in semiconductors makes the entire industry better. Someday India will match the US and China in R&D spending then world output triples. |
