Is there a bloatware app that one can run that identifies all the garbage on a pc and removes it?

I remember there being one but I forget the name and can't find it now. I just reinstall Windows before the first boot.

I've heard of tronscript [0], never used it but maybe this is what you meant.

No, I saw that when I was looking but it was something else. It was originally written for Windows XP so the project is probably dead now.
