You’re assuming these restrictions are enforced by others. That’s not necessarily true. If I was building these tools I wouldn’t want to know that they’d been potentially used to create content I ethically object to, and I would restrict them in such a way that I don’t have that hanging over me. That doesn’t make me the morality police, it’s me protecting myself. If you want a tool that allows you to generate anything without limits, build it yourself. Stop complaining about what other developers are choosing to do if you’re not willing to build your own product that sticks to your beliefs (that you likely haven’t fully thought through the consequences of).
