If you find them when you don't need them, who is to say they'll be available when you do? Always Be Networking? Yes. But putting people - who are typically looking for a reason and have a deadline - through a faux hiring process doesn't seem fair. If would suggest to keep in mind that your marketing and social media presence not only speaks to customers, it speaks to future employees. |
