I'd say it's pretty good. He's backed himself into a corner where he can be literally forced to honor the purchase agreement if Twitter chooses to do so.

I'd say a better question is --- will he do anything constructive with Twitter once he owns it.

I too think he is backed into a corner but if his money falls through maybe he can wiggle out.

In some of the texts I read it was clear they intend to put trump back on the platform. I am guessing they will try to turn it into some sort of "free speech" aka right wing conservative crap fest.

Which is sad I have really curated my twitter feed to some good technical things like pixel art, shaders, and generative art. I imagine those people will eventually leave once enough crazies get enabled to spout hate 24x7.

The only reason for his money to "fall through" is because he wants to wiggle out.
