How can you possibly know someone is wrong until you've heard them out? It's very much worth questioning what your accuracy threshold is before deciding to interrupt. Maybe they're wrong about a minor detail but have a much better overall plan. Maybe they have some ideas buried under all the mud that are worth the wait. If the perception of efficiency is always the priority, that will come at the cost of everything else. |
