For the nothing it's worth, PME is the dominant earthing arrangement here, so rods are required. It might be geographic but I'm sure you get all sorts all over the world. Understanding your earthing arrangement is another thing you shouldn't assume. It's not a failure to engage professionals about safety equipment. Some chargers have built in neutral fault detection. |
