That's (medical doctor) Dr. Greger's entire thing - nutrition information backed by science. He's got a tremendous amount of material on his website, all for free. Short videos (5-7 minutes) on YouTube every few days. Audio-only podcasts about once a week. Blog, email newsletter, Facebook, Twitter, etc., however you like to receive content. Everything searchable on his website. Everything thoroughly cited with links to research and studies published in medical journals.

He's published a few books, but most of that content is on his website as well; he donates all proceeds to charity.
