Would you use Voice Notes (speech-to-text transcribing) in note-taking app of your choice?

I'm curious why popular note-taking apps still didn't add it. Is it useless or what?

On the other hand I see some popular apps built exactly for Voice Notes, but there's not much combined apps for text and voice notes...

It's already easy to start with decent automatic speech recognition to create a text note in the first place.

e.g. Siri, Cortana, android Google keyboard microphone.
