I don’t understand modern healthcares obsession with extending life. Part of the allure of life is because it’s temporary, so each moment is more valuable. In a life where everyone lives to 200, the value of each moment (of your family, of the choices you make) is less, because you’ll probably have another chance sometime in the future. Personally, I don’t want to live a day past 80. |
