"Valley Uprising" is about the rock-climbing scene in Yosemite from the 70s onward. It reminded me of the scrappy days of Silicon Valley which made me think that all "scenes" are really based around creatives, and they're only fun in the first decade or two, then it gets too corporate. "Food that built America" is a pretty good series about food entrepreneurs in American history. |
