I think it's a discount, and he shouldn't flip-flop on it. I'm pretty sure he is not losing money on it and did it as a marketing opportunity. He keeps lying about everything, so who knows, but we shouldn't expect to bow down to him either way. He is not above criticism. Never mind his tantrums, lately he started regurgitating Kremlin talking points and that's an issue.
