Maybe you meant being a 'metering x billing layer' that can easily connect to any PSP, unlike 'Stripe Billing' that is only usable with 'Stripe Payments'?).
In that case, we'd connect to 'Stripe Payments' (not Stripe Billing), which we already do :)
