You had better be careful. You mix "them" with
him" in your description. You have to make sure that each and everyone of the individuals that you are thinking about taking action, is based on HIS or HER INDIVIDUAL PERFORMANCE ETC. Not a lot of precedents for this kind of action on a group without looking like you are trying to keep them from just vesting. It will go better if you have their transgressions OTR. |
