Both are down ~10% in the last 5 days, but Uber is down almost 50% YTD and DoorDash is down more than 60% YTD. Looking at the longer trend, it doesn't look like a plunge to me, but admittedly I don't look at stock prices very often.

I agree, there is a longer term plunge and a shorter term one. 10% is a significant drop for a company over 5 days, and would generally be referred to as a plunge even if there was a bigger drop over a longer time horizon.
