It is not unforgivable to get too drunk at a party and act like an ass but it is still something that calls into question your standing with the group. It doesn't sound like anything terrible happened, so I don't think you need to fire or impose harsh sanctions on the person but there should be a conversation with the person that they should be more careful about drinking in the future. |
