I am right hand dominant and can rotate the cup clockwise and counter-clockwise > 10 seconds in both hands. This is definitely due to the fact that I have played the drums for > 25 years and have not only trained to do some beats in reverse, I have trained all of the fancy stick twirling I do to be equal in both hands.
